That chivalry is dead
Has not yet had the delight
Of meeting my Romantic Knight
My knight is there through thick and thin
The stories I could tell, where to begin?
He would slay for me the dragon red
And on a platter, serve it’s head
He whisks me away to lands unknown
And places me up high upon a throne
He would traverse cross the angriest sea
Just to spend a few moments with me
Upon his steed, his colors fly high
The people stop to watch him ride by.
In heavy chain mail shiny and bright
For my honor he would surely fight
The other ladies just stop and stare
Lay a hand on him, they do not dare
As he approaches and drops to one knee
He professes his everlasting love for me

My dear, my armor is not bright and shiny. I only
wear what every one else wears. For if everyone knew that I was a knight. They would all want me to rescue
their daughters from the evil that has stolen them.
